“Ricky” is a lifelong North Jersey resident with a specialty in residential real estate and marketing. Richard attended Iona University in New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Management and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing. Shortly after graduating from Iona University, he worked in New York City at multiple media agencies specializing in Digital/Traditional Advertising for 6+ years.
